Live demo - by Windows Client(SMC)

If users do not have a public address (Note 1), please download our demo SMC and install the software to your PC to see the demo.

Note 1: Please check your local PC’s network setting(issue ipconfig in DOS sell).

• 10.0.0 .0 - 10.255.255.255 : private IP address range
• 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 : private IP address range
• 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 : private IP address range
• 169.254.0.0 - 169.254.255.255 ( DHCP link failure address setting)
• 0.0.0 .0 : invalid IP address

Procedure to see live demo via demo SMC:

Step 1 : Download SMC from Leadtek website:

Please sign-in and download our demo Windows client software from :

Step 2 : Install SMC in User’s PC

1.Double click the downloaded demo software (SMCDemoSetu.exe)

2. Click Next to continue

Select “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click Next.

Click Next to continue

Click Install to install the demo software.

Click Finish to complete the demo software installation.

Step 3: Launch demo SMC from Program Files > Leadtek demo > smc demo > SMC

Step 4: Depends on your selection ( 1 / 2 / 3), you can connect to our NSC3615 (1 / 2) or NSC3621 ( 3 ).
Click the number button to make connection.

Step 5 : Once you make the selection, the following snapshot shows the live demo camera screen.

Note 2: You may not see the video/audio because of NAT setting / type. If your NAT router type is symmetric NAT which requires a media relay to relay RTP, check with your ISP for detail network setting.
